|Has my order shipped?|
|We make every effort to pack and ship your orders as quickly as possible, but processing orders can sometimes take longer than expected. Therefore, the Parks Conservancy Wholesale program does not guarantee requested delivery dates. If you wish to arrange your own 3rd party carrier, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org so that we may ensure you receive the service of your choosing. Customers that purchase expedited shipping can expect their goods to arrive within the requested time frame. All other orders are shipped via UPS Ground service.|

|My order never arrived.|
|If your order has not yet arrived, please email us at email@example.com or contact us by phone at (415) 561-3088 or (415) 642-6773. We can provide a status update over the phone or email you the tracking information.|
|An item is missing from my shipment.|
|If your shipment is incomplete, please contact a member of the wholesale team within 2 weeks of your purchase. We will make the necessary arrangements to correct the order at no cost to you.
